Additional information
During this grind you will also be making roughly 100,230,769 gp in total loot — about 861,985 gp per hour at 43 kills per hour. The biggest earner over that stretch is Black dragonhide at about 35,650,000 gp.
Each kill has a 0.02% chance at Draconic visage. Half of all players get it within 3,466 kills, 11,512 kills covers 90%, and 23,024 kills covers 99% — so going past 5,000 kills without one is unlucky, but not unusual.
