About On Drop Rate

On Drop Rate helps you check roughly how long you'd need to grind for an item, and whether you're actually dry right now, or just feeling like it.

We're passionate OSRS players, grinding since the game's 2013 release across multiple accounts and every seasonal game mode along the way.

This vibe-coded project is built and maintained by us.

Greetings from Team On Drop Rate.

Additional information

During this grind you will also be making roughly 578,547 gp in total loot — about 565,398 gp per hour at 43 kills per hour. The biggest earner over that stretch is Steel ring at about 134,464 gp.

Each kill has a 2.2727% chance at Steel ring. Half of all players get it within 31 kills, 101 kills covers 90%, and 201 kills covers 99% — so going past 44 kills without one is unlucky, but not unusual.

Loot values use live Grand Exchange prices and shift with the market.
