Additional information
During this grind you will also be making roughly 91,672,956 gp in total loot — about 705,882 gp per hour at 77 kills per hour. The biggest earner over that stretch is Dragon bones at about 39,210,000 gp.
Each kill has a 0.01% chance at Draconic visage. Half of all players get it within 6,932 kills, 23,025 kills covers 90%, and 46,050 kills covers 99% — so going past 10,000 kills without one is unlucky, but not unusual.
