The Aranea boots takes about
10 hours and 42 minutes to obtain if you are exactly on droprate.
Assuming the cannon + Venator bow barrage method while on a Slayer task
The time to obtain Aranea boots at Araxyte, if you are exactly on drop rate, will be 15 hours and 9 minutes with beginner gear, 10 hours and 42 minutes with average gear and 9 hours and 5 minutes in max gear. That is about 4,000 kills on average.

Additional information
During this grind you will also be making roughly 13,756,586 gp in total loot — about 1,286,241 gp per hour at 374 kills per hour. The biggest earner over that stretch is Araxyte venom sac at about 4,442,252 gp.
Each kill has a 0.025% chance at Aranea boots. Half of all players get it within 2,773 kills, 9,210 kills covers 90%, and 18,419 kills covers 99% — so going past 4,000 kills without one is unlucky, but not unusual.
